She and her husband Dave have been residents of Whitman County since 1979. Melinda was a faculty member with the Washington State University\\'s International Programs for 14 years. The Dutton family is rounded out by their 2 daughters who have been part of the excellent school system here and have participated fully in activities available in our county. Deb is a member of the Local, State and National Association of REALTORS, as well as a member of the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, the Pullman High School Booster Club, and Emmanuel Baptist Church. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington and Oregon.
Deb moved to Pullman with her 3 children in 2001 to take advantage of the wonderful school system and live in the great Washington State University environment. Deb has been a licensed agent for over 25 years and has a very diverse background in residential, construction, and rural agricultural properties. As a second generation Real Estate Broker, Deb takes her profession very seriously and strives to maintain the high standards that she believes should characterize the profession. |

Nicky is the newest member of the RE/MAX team.
She comes to Pullman from Townsville, Australia where she spent the previous 10 years working at the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority in an administrative role.
While in Australia she also had a long professional basketball playing career – highlighted in 2001 by her debut season to the WNBL.
Nicky and her husband Ben moved to Pullman 4 years ago.

We are one of the few, if not the first family, to locate and purchase a home "via long distance", having Melinda Dutton representing us throughout the entire transaction. We were in the process of selling our home in California and, as a result, could not spend a lot of time in the Pullman area looking at prospective homes that would fit our needs. We didn't want to go through the ordeal of moving twice, so we wanted to be sure to find a home that would be ready when our home sold. Without hesitation, Melinda came to our aid. After developing a comprehensive understanding of what our needs were in a home, she began providing us with various listings that she thought would work for us. This was all done using the Internet, e-mail and telephone. Within a short period of time, thanks to Melinda's tireless efforts, we found the exact home for us….one that was still under construction, with an estimated completion date that was a few months away! We only saw the home once, right after it had been framed and then not again until after it was completed. Over the period of completion, Melinda interfaced with the builder and his agent, overseeing all of the follow-up items and special requests inherent with the building of a brand new home. Throughout the entire process Melinda was the consummate professional; always following through on all aspects of the transaction, no matter how big or small. We are extremely fortunate to have had Melinda acting on our behalf and very glad to have built what we know will be a lasting friendship with her.
